Leads arriving through website forms, chat, email, and social channels can become fragmented across systems, resulting in delayed responses, inconsistent follow-up, and missed conversion opportunities. I designed this architecture around a single operational journey that captures every inquiry and moves it toward the appropriate next action.
From incoming inquiry to booked appointment.
An end-to-end lead management architecture designed to capture inquiries across multiple channels, centralize lead data, automate state-aware follow-up, and move qualified prospects toward booked appointments.
The system consolidates and validates inquiries, qualifies intent, responds with relevant appointment options, confirms bookings, and continues follow-up when a lead does not convert. Duplicate prevention, monitoring, and human-review paths provide operational control so automation can handle routine execution without removing judgment from sensitive or unclear situations.
Stage: Concept. Portfolio architecture concept. Outcomes represent design objectives rather than measured client performance. For the delivered version of this problem, see case study 01.
