The opportunity

Patients message the clinic's Facebook Page with the same questions about services, location and appointments. Answering each one by hand takes staff time, and the answer a patient gets can depend on who happens to reply.

The system

Messages arrive through Messenger into an n8n workflow. It loads the clinic's approved knowledge base from a Google Doc, and an AI assistant replies in English, Filipino or Taglish. It never invents prices, hours, availability or dentist names, never diagnoses, and points urgent symptoms to medical care. Anything outside the knowledge base, including booking, is referred back to the clinic.

Answers only from what the clinic approved.

Messenger messages arrive at one webhook: one path answers Facebook's verification check, the other keeps only real text messages. The clinic's knowledge base is loaded from a Google Doc, and the assistant replies in English, Filipino or Taglish. It never invents prices, hours or availability, never diagnoses, and refers anything it doesn't know back to the clinic.

Stage: Proposal. Prepared for a dental clinic and not yet adopted. Outcomes represent design objectives rather than measured results.
