Privacy Policy

AI Schedule Assistant ("the app") is an automation tool operated by Celso Misa Jr. ("I", "me"). It connects to your Google Calendar to help create, organize, and manage your schedule. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information the app accesses

When you sign in with Google and grant permission, the app can access the following Google Calendar data:

• The list of calendars you own or are subscribed to, and their properties (title, description, time zone).
• Calendar events, including titles, times, locations, descriptions, and attendees.
• The sharing settings of calendars you own.

The app also receives your Google account email address so it can identify the connected account. It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google service.

2. How the information is used

Your calendar data is used only to provide the app's scheduling features, such as:

• Reading your availability and existing events.
• Creating, updating, or deleting events and calendars when you ask the app to.
• Processing scheduling requests with automated and AI tools so the app can understand and carry them out.

Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

AI Schedule Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, Google user data is:

• Used only to provide or improve the user-facing features of the app.
• Not transferred to others, except as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• Not used to serve advertising.
• Not read by humans, unless you give consent, it is needed for security purposes, or it is required by law.
• Not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

4. Sharing with service providers

The app runs on third-party infrastructure that processes data on its behalf. This includes the n8n workflow automation platform and, where AI features are used, an AI model provider that processes the text of a request. These providers handle data only as needed to run the app and under their own security and privacy commitments. Your data is not shared with anyone else except where required by law.

5. Data storage and retention

The app keeps the OAuth access token needed to connect to your Google Calendar. Calendar data is processed as needed to complete each task and is not kept in a separate long-term database. Workflow execution logs may hold limited data temporarily for troubleshooting, and they are deleted on a regular basis.

6. Security

Access tokens and data are protected using industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but reasonable steps are taken to protect your information.

7. Your choices

• You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You can ask for any data connected to your account to be deleted by contacting me at the address below.

8. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and their information is not knowingly collected.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
